Insurance for USC Online Degree Program Students

JDZ_USC_1_084USC Online Degree Program Students have the option to enroll in health insurance benefits from United Healthcare. (Not the USC Aetna Student Health Plan).

All USC Online Degree Program students can enroll in this insurance plan. Students must actively attend classes online for at least the first 31 days after the date for which coverage is purchased, or the insurance will be cancelled.

Eligible students who enroll may also insure their dependents. Eligible dependents are the student’s spouse, husband, wife or domestic partner and dependent children under 26 years of age. For more information on this plan, see the following documents:

How to Enroll

Students may enroll themselves and their dependents in the plan online at https://www.uhcsr.com/usc. Go to the section called Enroll Online Now. Enrolling online is recommended.

Students may mail their enrollment form and payment of insurance premiums to United Healthcare Student Resources at P.O. Box 809026, Dallas, Texas 75380-9026.
