Overseas Student Travel

USC students who are studying abroad in a USC-sponsored overseas program, are automatically covered if currently enrolled in the USC Aetna Student Health Insurance Plan. If you are not enrolled in the USC Student Health Insurance Plan and you are studying abroad in a USC-sponsored overseas program, you will be automatically charged for the USC Student Health Insurance Plan for Students Studying Overseas for the duration of your program.

While you are overseas, students need to carry their USC I.D. card and International SOS I.D. card with them at all times in case you have a medical emergency or need urgent care.
